Please advise at time of booking if you are vegetarian or have food allergies or other food issues we need to take into consideration
Meals included in the program are based on a fixed menu reflecting the food of the region. If you have a specific dietary needs or allergies, please advise. We cannot however make guarantees for changes or modifications to all meals to accommodate special food needs. As food is abundant and varied it is generally not a problem to avoid allergy-inducing foods or those you do not like. However, it is essential to let us know about specific needs at the time of booking.
Festa Tours offers travel planning and consultancy but does does not offer payment services.
As a consequence, you will be required to pay the service providers separately, e.g. the driver or your tour guide. Upon reservation you will receive an itemized invoice with payment details. The total cost of the tour will be indicated on your invoice.
Upon arrival you will receive your itinerary, contact info and address of all service providers.
Bank transfer, international money transfer and Pay Pal payments are accepted. Payments must cover the full cost of the reservation after bank fees for which we are not responsible. Paypal payments are subjected to a 5 % administration fee.
In case of multi-day tours, a non-refundable booking deposit of 1/3 of the total or a flat fee of €350 (whichever is greater) must be made to secure reservation and confirming pricing. For reservations taking place later than 30 days from arrival, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations and refunds
Please note that you are dealing with a small business. Cancellations are a serious difficulty particularly if occurring near the dates of the tour, we thank you for your understanding.
We strive to offer the best of Italian hospitality. However, should you have any issues at arrival or anytime during your stay, we need to be notified immediately. We can assist you and help to resolve problems that are addressed during the tour. By notifying us during the tour you will allow us to promptly address or remedy any items that you feel need attention.
The tour program might be changed and the order of activities altered due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances. We highly advice you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness of yourself or your family, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering. No refunds will be provided for any non-refundable amounts paid unless the tour is canceled by us due to unforeseeable reasons.
Please let us know if have mobility issues or other health conditions which might influence the organization of the tour.
By booking the tour, the traveler certifies that he or she does not have any condition or disability that would impede the operation of the program or the welfare or enjoyment of fellow travelers. Not all tour locations are suitable for guests with serious disabilities but we will do our best to offer comfortable and fun alternatives.

Minimum drinking age in Italy is 16 years.
Children are welcome to most activities and locations listed on our website but must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised at all times especially when near dangerous equipment, like cooking implements, machinery and animals, e.g. horses and dogs.
Certain activities are only suitable to quiet children who are used to take part to adult activities. In doubt, please consider hiring an English speaking baby sitter to entertain the younger children.
Cancellations of one day tours
To book of a one-day cooking class/tour we require guests to fill their information online ion a secure booking page including a valid credit card number. You will receive a notification by e-mail to confirm the class, along with the necessary information. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your Spam folder. It is your responsibility to contact us at least 72 hours in advance if you did not receive your class/tour instructions. Once we confirm the class, there will be no refund for cancellations even in case of health issues or other family problems.
